With over two decades of extensive academic and administrative experience, Ms. Ratna Tyagi has established herself as a dynamic educator and visionary leader. She has played a pivotal role in shaping institutions with her learner-centred and 360-degree approach to education, combining innovation with holistic growth.

Holding a strong foundation in English Literature and Education, Ms. Tyagi has expertise in pedagogy, curriculum implementation, and instructional leadership. Her career reflects a steadfast commitment to academic rigour, creativity, and the integration of values, ensuring that learning goes beyond textbooks to nurture life skills, empathy, and intercultural awareness.

Throughout her journey, Ms. Tyagi has championed 21st-century education practices, fostering environments where students become independent thinkers, confident communicators, and responsible global citizens.

As Principal at Saint Xavier’s World School, Ghaziabad, she has been instrumental in aligning academics with the National Curriculum Framework and the latest curriculum innovations, ensuring that teaching-learning processes remain effective, future-ready, and relevant.
